i purchased one samsung window ac 1 ton on 4\4\ 2009 from vasanth and co t nagar chennai600017/ since beginning the unit has not been performing properly and if i call the people from customer care they send their representative and try to settle to repair but to no avail.it is told that the compressor inside is not working and has to be servicied/. we want to replace the full unit or else we may be constrained to go to consumer court .pl let me know and change the unit urgently thank you model no.
